lol @ these people not realizing the dev is just looking for some more nodes.
then why put out a sample .conf file that most will just copy/paste with insecure settings? rpcallowip=127.0.0.1 is the right way to go.

ok what about the -t3 in minerd commandline, -t is the number of threads, right ? so 8 for a quad ?
