Wow, difficulty is at minimum. I got almost 20k over night with single GPU. 
Yeah, the reward dropped to 512 and some miner switched to hyped coins like MYR, RIE or HVC.
We really need to make the next steps (get on a bigger exchange site) or we will miss the train and can't catch up with the other altcoins anymore.
A very important step would be getting on Mintpal.
Come on guys, every other coin above us was sponsored with a >2 BTC donation. Only Q2C got nearly nothing.

I'm putting nearly every hour my 6 votes to Qubit :-)
I've looked at the coins above Qubit on the voting section of Mintpal and saw that all 5 coins were pushed with a donation > 2 BTC, what means about 40.000 votes!!!
The donation for Qubit was only 0.00385 BTC, but we are still competitive to the others - what means that we are a great community!

Why do you need the dev right now? Everything seems to work just fine...
Working fine, yes...Dev needs to be seen to be active daily. Especially to recruit new developers.
There will always be unforseen issues , and they need to be addressed immediately they crop up. This is about growth in the coin and its network..
If the active dev. posted daily here, that on its own would be good for a 50% increase in the price.
