Awesome work, devs!

So much respect for solving this problem. Makes me believe even more in this coin; devs proved to be able to cope with these kind of problems, and are truly comitted.

Dear Community!!!

How hard it was, but thanks to @ex_max we restore the normal operation of the network. All payments on pools sended (2% of the block lost in interval 120960 - 122127)

The incident was very similar to the 51%. I suspect that the botnet or miners used version 8.3. with own pool...

To protect the community and the possible reasons for exclusion, were urgently amended in 8.4.0 and 8.4.1 launched new customer. This allowed through our large pools overtake old network and restore everything in its place.

Thank you all! For your understanding and patience!

I sent a request to all exchanges with the update of the wallet daemon.

All large pools running normally. Small pools synchronization and will be available in the near future.

GPU miner was made at my request. We need it to attract new miners. And combating botnet.

Wallet recompiled (very very thanks for @testz (please if you want look changelog https://github.com/qubitcoin/QubitCoin/commits/master)) Now I update tree header and all good.................

Thank God!

P/S/
- Please linux users recompile you daemon.
- If you have problem -reindex database
More problems should not be

If someone need, I put compiled Windows version 0.8.4.1 here:
https://www.dropbox.com/sh/6wv33t4a2fte9rj/_c2C-xmiYx

But don't send anything until pool updates version.

Update: To be completely sure, please check downloaded file with https://www.virustotal.com/en/

thanks. Im try it but still do not see "last" transaction...  Is there any way to reset processed transactions and "search" them in network again?

Let's wait until network became stable again and then we'll see.
Don't worry you will not lost anything.
Meanwhile make a backup copy of your wallet.bat and update your client to 0.8.4.1

Now Im Delete folder where wallet.dat is saved start app, close it and copy old wallet.dat back and see all previous transactions(without last one) as unconfirmed balance... Will see if when complete processing show it again if not I will wait for confirmation that everything is back online...
Thanks for your time and help.

elmad

after Kaspersky updated it's data yesterday it declares your minerd-corei7-avx.exe as Trojan.Win64.BitMin.s
It blocks every attempt to ever start that exe again.

I don't know how it reacts on your very latest version.
