Its a scam cause you have to download a rar to see the source and there is still nothing on github and also because no premine means 0 premine. not 400 blocks...

You can mine with wallet by opening debug window and typing "setgenerate true -1" for all cores or just change the -1 to the number of cores you want to use
you won't get anything in this way, unless diff is very below 1
also still no pool, this mean that there is probably one guy with botnet raping this coin so hard
