Due to low difficulty and lots of mining pressure .
Blocks get orphaned .
Ideal hash rate for mining is between 24 mh/s and users are mining with 1 gh/s and more .
Which is leading to such problem , as the diff changes the problem would be solved .

Coins mined before the update of the code are lost and can not be recovered .
2 million Quant have been lost due to this .
The coins are present on the blockchain but can not be distributed as the new code is running now .
