How can I overclock my GPU for this algo?
+ Power, + Core, + Mem ( Mem increase very little)
With +100/+100/0 I get 40mh. Is it fine?

I would not worry too much unless that 25% shows up in actual pool results. I have had a couple of versions of ccminer that looked like they were blowing the doors off the algo, but saw no increase in results and, in once case, saw a decrease.
