Hopefully the take over works well. DAS had a good start but fell quick because the dev didnt care. Hopefully we can get some of our strong community back.
The project was revived with many technical improvements. There is much information I have not found about the new takeover team. I will update regularly and follow up.
After being abandoned developers Rebrand will rise and re-stand for the sake of continuity of the community. It is something that deserves to be appreciated, and will strive to recover from adversity, hoping to be able to return in good spirits and performance and gain full trust.
What is the latest version that will be developed this project? and what are the benefits of the latest version for the development of this project? If you can, what is the reason the developer left the project?

Install tribe wallet. Start it. Wait for fully sync. Close the wallet
Rename das.conf to tribe.conf and paste it to the tribe wallet
Paste wallet.dat and masternode.conf to your tribe wallet
Start your tribe wallet and u are done.

That's correct old nodes need to expire first
With the next wallet update old nodes gets fully blocked
Right now they just sync until the forked block after that the new nodes don't accept blocks from them anymore as fonzie said.
I also run one old node for testing which stopped syncing at the fork
Online Mn count decreased by ~ 70 already

After the fork the DAS wallets won't receive MN rewards anymore, so eventually they'll disappear
Why is this project rebranding?
Is there something that affecting this coins that this need to be also changing after this cois changing it's name.

Another reason is the confusion between DAS and DA$, which is another coin
