Hey dev(s),

why not switch the X11 slot for the FRESH algorithm?

Doesn't the only coin, Freshcoin, that uses that algorithm take up an ass-load of RAM just to run the wallet? I haven't messed with it personally, but this is what I've heard from others who have. X11 is fine with me.

Any coin that has CPU or RAM, or Disk Space intensive requirements can use a cloud blockchain service such as blockcypher. Instead of the blockchain being stored on the user's device it is hosted on a cloud network which stores/processes the blockhain allowing frontend apps to use a simple API to access wallet features while remaining secure.  URO is the first  altcoin to officially be using it; it just takes some investing (private individual and/or community) to get a coin to circumvent mine farming while keeping a lightweight frontend wallet that performs with speed on mobile devices.

From Zerocoin.org:

there’s a big difference between research software, and a working release grade client we can stand behind. Our goal is to release this code in a production-quality form that the community can use to stand up a real, functioning currency. We will be providing further updates on this site.

The developers of the real Zerocoin project don't believe that the Zerocoin code is ready for production use... why would anyone trust this coin?

because you can make the dumbest shit and some people will buy it because of greed:

https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/--677434

the real Zerocoin devs are working since nearly 2 years on the code and they are experts. you cant implement zerocoin just because you read a two year old whitepaper like with this scam here in the thread.

It looks like ZeroCoin(ZERO) is THIS coin and Zerocoin(old) is the actual zerocoin.org project.
