Spoke too soon. My wallet just crashed. I downloaded it a few days ago. Perhaps it's out of date.
I am probably one of the lucky guys who has no problems with the windows wallet. 
I've never had a problem with the Windows wallet.

I withdraw from the ico site 5 day ago but still not received yet.

hello guys a real quick response here, 3 am here 
ANC: You need to control the priv key to the ANS address! in simple terms: you get the anc anytime anyway you want as long as the corresponding ANS are in YOUR wallet.
Exchange account......they control the priv key, so for the sake of ANC, you may want to control the ANS.
Crash: stability issue? reporting immediately to the dev. Also, you may want to check for updates from time to time and do upgrade.
Sync Stuck: upgrade.

I am probably one of the lucky guys who has no problems with the windows wallet.
My Windows wallet is stuck on 72647 after several of hours still not syncing. How to make it working on my side anybody has solution for it?

what is planned in the near future ?
Regarding the software: We are considering adding seed nodes all over the world in order to speed up the sync process and improve the experience of using web wallets. Then after that we will probably roll out a spv-server enabled centralized light wallet.what is planned in the near future ?
Regarding the biz development: We are seeing early adopters trying to actually implement their apps and/or tokenization on our blockchain. We are also preparing for new exchange listings.
Other news will come out soon early next week, though confidential as of this moment

Why is my web wallet stuck at 61% for more than a day now, you guys should make things easy for users, this is not my first time of using a web wallet but this is the first time I'm having issue like this using it

Yunbi's customer support is...well I know their team must be pretty busy at this moment.
