HOW can I transfer except the windows wallet (which is not working with Win7...)

So I now have the wallet installed and syncing on a Win7 PC.
Will it just not transfer for you because the wallet seems to be working fine? Explain to me what is not working for you so I can test and see if I can replicate the issue.
When I use the wallet version 1.0.6138.24854 works well, after I update my wallet latest version 1.0.6143.24012 not work at all, so what's your solution?
version 1.0.6143.24012 is what I have installed on a windows 7 pc. It is syncing right now and I've created my wallet file.
What EXACTLY is not working? Will it launch and sync?
Try as remove the Chain folder and the user configs from %appdata%/local/antshares than and it again.
It's been two days but still there is no reply from mr david abount my bounty. I hope he can read it soon or email me of there is a problem so that i can know what to do to claim it. It is hard to wait for nothing. I think the dev priority are all the ICO investor. :/

Why you don't used exchanged wallet like bittrex? I experienced that problem on other alt coins that is why i'm avoiding now mobile wallet. Maybe the problem os tour internet connection.

ok ico ANS is quite different from already-in-use ANS, meaning they don't have a history onchain yet.
So: you must claim it and import the priv key to a wallet (windows-now;web-wait 1 or 2 days more), once you see your balance there, transfer the amount you wish to the exchange account.
So, how do it? Please step by step.
