..so, perhaps just these two questions:
- I moved my Antshares out of the client. Now, can I still claim the ANC once the ANS are on an Exchange (which is not 19800)?
- Any OTC service (or anyone willing to buy these ANY privately) to sell these ANC, since 19800.com may be challenging for foreigners?

Do you have a source for the 10,000 ANC to create an asset? That is new to me...
There is an option in Antshares Core to create an asset. Once clicked, it tells you that asset creation requires a certain amount of Antcoins. I don't have access to my Windows wallet right now, but from what I remember, it is 10000.
The wallet needs a very good update and redesign... it looks like sh... and it's not working very well...
Dev will add spv in the new wallet, it will be easy to use, just wait to be done. you can use PC wallet first.

As i know, web wallet is not good to use now. you can use pc wallet first.
Dev is making optimization for web/mobile wallet.
Great, I got the wallet up and running fast using the chain file. Now I noticed under Advanced there is an Asset Registration menu. Do I need to register my ANS to get the ANC?
First you have to make a transaction. What I do is send all ANS to myself. For example, my receive address is AN3CZi2aWaZa8hTrsSYa76BA9BLqQUKzax and then I send all to AN3CZi2aWaZa8hTrsSYa76BA9BLqQUKzax.
Next click "Antcoin claim" under "Advanced."

No, everytime you want to claim antcoins, you have to make a transaction. Sending is free and less tracking if I send to myself.
If you plan to create an asset (a token over Antshares, just like XCP over BTC, Omni over BTC, NXT, Waves, or ETH), you need to burn 10,000 ANC. That's why the real gem of Antshares is ANC. For the past several months, only 1M ANC has been claimed which means only 100 assets can be created for now.
Do you have a source for the 10,000 ANC to create an asset? That is new to me...
ANC now is just on exchange 19800.com, it's difficult to get for foreigner. But you can buy from here by otc if you want to create asset. The price is around 0.5 CNY/ANC now.

Your address will start receiving Antcoins once your Antshares are on it, so it's after claiming ANS (and after receiving them). There are no advantages in delaying the claiming process, especially that the transfer to your address will be done manually ...
