But to be a scam, maybe no. because this coin is already available at bittrex.

You should know when you bought into ico your coin already 1/2 price of ico when dev keep 50% coins

yup.  In hindsight they should have distributed a portion of the 50% premine to ico #2 investors in order to bring the price they paid down closer to the ico #1 price

We really fucked up by paying 6000 BTC for 24% of the supply of a coin that has a 50% premine

That 1000 BTC investment was probably devs buying into their own ico and sending themselves BTC.  They likely control at least 60% of the supply.  It's not 100% a scam, but it is very scammy.
