I can't Sync the Wallet

The faucet has over 5 Mil XPL, because it creates POS coins on his own.

Wait, this thing was just launched but half the coins at the faucet have been distributed already?  Something seems off about that.

besides the faucet, is there another way that i could get a slice of the distribution of the pre-mined coins?

Basically your correct except for the distribution part. It will be private but its hardly complete.

Yes, you are correct because mining is discouraged and if it is to be done we wanted to make sure to keep the coins rare due to the large annual stake of 50% on privately owned coins.

Its already begun. Plus the community distribution has begun also. 5 Million [XPL] was placed in the faucet at Multifaucet whose links get deleted here in this thread as suspicious for some reason and for that we are not very pleased. However half of the 5 Million [XPL] appears to have already been distributed already so best to get on over there also. The distribution is hardly over though primarily due to the fact that we have been far to busy to assist those that we have promised donations to however we are confident that will will have reached everyone within a weak to ten days we hope. We are hoping to implement a gaming platform that will pay in XPL to play it. We hope to achieve that before Spring for sure. Plus we need to get on an exchange so XPL can be traded or purchased.

The Pool is up at iSpace. We will build this as fast as we can. The Faucet will be the best option for now though or just start mining at iSpace and we should be finished here soon so you can get the Windows Wallet QT.
