Hello World!
Is the pool broken again? Network hash is 28KH and pool hash is 105KH. Also the grafics on http://coinspool.cu.cc/stats_roicoin looks very strange since a few hours. Cry

Im using https://github.com/Orava2/ and find I get the best hr from his miners.

I am working with him to see if we can find that gap to see if we can get the miner pumping more hash out.

One of the big things with this miner is the affinity. It would be nice if we could see it set up much like xmr stak locks on to the cpu cores.
But as you and I know the problem with the miners is some cpus are happy to sit at 50% and pump the same or more and others slow down when changing the affinity.

You can't compare HODL to CRYPTONIGHT , these are two totally different algorithms, CRYPTONIGHT ( XMR ) needs L3 cache, which is why CPU affinity is so important. HODL just needs raw AES search power, it doesn't care about L3 cache, and is the reason its boosted by AES-NI and AVX/AVX2 instructions.

Im not, I stated in setting the miner up with the same affinity as I would XMR I am getting more hash and using less power. This is on sse2.exe Im not the only one to see this outcome.

some people dumps this coin from 400 sat to 40 sat recently.
Don't know if it is related to the pool.

If more pools are available, the price will be more stable.

is the term deposit rate fixed or it varies as function of network hashrate / block time?

Thanks in advance.

The term deposit rate could be described in detail like this:

  • Your wallet can be locked and offline and the full term deposit rate will be paid.
  • The term deposit can be a minimum of 2 days and a maximum of 1 year.
  • The term deposit is a fixed amount and the longer the term deposit the higher the interest payout is.
  • The term deposit does not depend on any competition or network hashrate or wallet weight vs. network weight.
  • The term deposit is usually stated in time such as a month but in reality it truly is based on blocks. Block timing is 2 minutes but that can vary. This means that if you term deposit for 30 days you are actually term depositing for 21,600 blocks. Because block timing will normally be higher than 2 minutes a 30 day term deposit for 21,600 blocks can take a bit longer than 30 days.

precisely, I have seen "8% POS | 400% Term deposit" in earlier posts.
This line is changed to "15% POS | 593% Term deposit" recently.
why is the rate varying? Who determines the rate?

The change you are talking about occurred when the coin was recently forked. If you read back through the treads you can gather a lot of discussion about all of that.

What about m7m algorithm? I can mine magi coin using orange pi, you know, small soc. But not hodl, it needs something more advanced.

And how much are you earning with m7m right now Smiley

Almost nothing, but this is because strange aspirations coded in XMG, like limit on network hashrate.

Blocking technology will change the world more than it did the internet in its time. I love high-tech promising companies.

seems coinsmarkets is gone...
No DNS for this domain..

That's odd I am able to open the site and they have this message displayed:

We are checking with different hosting now. Process taking longer than expected with fixing DB , All coins are safe .
strange.
http://downforeveryoneorjustme.com/coinsmarkets.com
says also it is down.

but google dns ( 8.8.8.8 ) still responds the IP-Addresses...

Hi. I have core i5 with 400 h/s. Real solo mining with it in this time?

You can try. If you are lucky you will find few blocks per day but if you want sure and steady income I will suggest to join a pool to mine
