It has been answered many times but if you don't want to search the whole thread just read the whitepaper, there is described pretty much everything. Basically it is a brand new source code, brand new wallet, Proof of Reserve and some awesome business ideas.

This is the first case when somebody reports such a problem like you. Everybody was partitioned on a list, except users who didn't met the Forum Rank requirement. I've checked the PMs and both users above and below you were processed. I don't know what happened in your case. Unfortunately the Registration Period is over from 25th August, and all the RSUnits were assigned to the Shareholders.
