I think there was some news few days ago about app being in development.
Some kind of MVP would be nice though, to get a glimpse at it and get a feel for it.

I guess you could call it a demo as it doesnt really have all the features but sometimes projects consider the MVP to not really be a demo but a first phase of launch.
Yes, I would say it is the pilot, or phase1 which ogvourse will be upgradred in the future.
It is bascily just a preview, not necessarily how it will look in the end.

You have a good idea, but I can't understand for a long time there is a rating for example Google tips, with a huge database of comments. If you mean decentralization, then the same giant Google think to prepare for this step. So what's the innovation?
