It should be used more like a flag system!
Like in the old days if someone tried to steal something from you they were marked on the forehead with a sign!
you should think about some way of giving this coin to people without they wanting it!

Is this ScamCoin intended for us normal users to get it and send one every time we get scammed to the person who scammed us?
I think this should work like this
1.Normal users buy this ScamCoin!
2.They do regular trades and someone scams them!
3.They send a scam coin to the person who scammed them and you should keep a database of all the people who have a scam coin
4.Members of Scamcoin can check the database
5.When new users want to register they pay a small fee and get a few scam coins!
6. After you become viral you run away with the money leaving all a message! It's a ScamCoin! Don't complain!
