Also, having a website does not make you a registered business. Are you a registered corp out of Texas and under what name is the business registered?

It can be done (opal is doing it). But I have to agree with you... The fact the OP claimed to be a US citizen with some horrible broken english is the red light for me.
Why not set up an exchange accepting paypal before launching the coin instead of making promises? There have been too many newbie devs breaking promises recently.
