Yup! That was it! On Windows the datadir is SEEDS in the roaming dir. From source, it's SeedShares. pretty confusing

Haha yeah, When i compiled on linux it gave me the error with what the name of the .conf file should be.

Regarding the BTC transaction side of the ICO, yes discretionary measures were requested.

A block explorer will be up momentarily which will display the investors funds dispersed on the SEEDS blockchain.
