Well said. It would make a lot sense to be listed on exchanges soon. I'm pretty sure that Semux devs are aware of this as they convinced me with their previous actions that they are clever people.
According to their explanation it's not about being a fully established project but about the security of user funds and the network. Imagine the whining and screaming if some hackers attacked Semux and stole coins.
Developers must try to do the maximum to protect wallet and nodes from possible threats. It is in our own best interest.

Semux project team members are few, but the technology is good. This coin is worth holding for long term. In the future, it will definitely be to the moon.
Now that the validators are stable, everyone gets almost equal rewards, and now they're waiting for the exchanges.
I have heard before that semux will be listed on the Q2 exchange in 2018, but now it seems that I can't hear any relevant news.And now that people in the forum are discussing semux less and less, I am really worried about the development of semux.

I think the reasons given on Github are valid. Trading has to be safe for the exchange and the network. Good decision to wait until all is sorted out.
I'd like to see market reaction to Semux exchange listing, personally I'd like to see Semux on Topia or coinexchange. They're good start for a coin like semux which is for no ico guys like me!

middle exchange it's better, put this project on a little exchange where the coins go to die it's not a good stategy...

I agree with you. I track most discord discussions and I feel that the project is getting stronger and stronger. I hope soon we will be ready for the exchange, really good secure exchange, escrow Mdodong needs some rest finally

Semux this coin is really good. Holding the polling node can get a reward every day.
Previously it was using MEW but that is dangerous due to the hack. Try finding on google how to sign ethereum wallet
mew hasn't been hacked, it was a bad dns with phising redirection.
if you have mew in bookmarks and check you have green padlock on domain its ok
