I downloaded the wallet, but I am not sure what it is supposed to be doing.
When I load, it says connected to 101 peers. But doesn't show any information about syncing the blockchain or anything like that. Is there a way to see what's happening?

As far as i know: ethereum, neo, qtum, nxt, lisk, ada, waves. There were probably some more. Any of them is below 1 billion dollar market cap? The answer is no.
So what should be the price of semux to reach one billion dollar market = 30-35$ not really sure, but somewhere around it.

why such a huge interest in this coin on trading OTC? and i saw some OGs on twitter that mention it .. I don't understand...

You should wear signature.
They have an api or some kind of things doing the list automated. If it is not there, you won't be there on next week's list.

What other way is there to earn SEM?
You can buy from otc thread, you can get from the signature or you can get from btc airdrop. Currently, there is not a way to obtain it.
Although i saw a semux faucet which is giving 0.3 semux for 12 hours but i'm not sure it is legit.
