There's no way of knowing if dev already send you the semux if your wallet wouldn't sync. what you have to do is delete the database file inside the semux folder and run it again, it will resync.

you should down load the new wallet from the website or github.

You can't mine it but you can participate in a delegates pool to earn more semux (it's like staking).

You didn't get second-week airdrop because it will distribute on Sunday. Also if you don't have some btc on your btc account on the right block number you won't get any semux. If you believe you have then apply for it.
