randomguy Today at 2:08 PM
@borderlinefree they sold 100K SEM for the listing on cryptopia

borderlinefree Today at 2:09 PM
Yes.. But they have already pay cryptopia?

honeycrypto Today at 2:42 PM
No, we didn't pay for listing in Cryptopia yet, but we stored funds in Cryptopia account

borderlinefree Today at 2:44 PM
So the funds are lost?

honeycrypto Today at 2:44 PM
we don't know, as you can see  cryptopia is down and it's not possible to login

borderlinefree Today at 2:45 PM
It not good for semux project

randomguy Today at 2:49 PM
not a wise decision to store 10 BTC on a crap exchange

mr.richman Today at 2:56 PM
:joy: :face_palm: "we stored funds in shittopia account"

randomguy Today at 2:59 PM
Are you going to dump 200K SEM this time for the listing if the funds are lost?

honeycrypto Today at 3:01 PM
yes

What is minimum blocktime BFT can achieve?

Can developers say on this?

30s per block. 1block for confirmation

It's worth highlighting that only 1 confirmation is required for an IMMUTABLE transaction. This means you don't have to wait i.e. 10 confirmations, just 1 is needed.

This is one of the great things about Semux and BTF consensus!

Oh i wasn't aware of it.

So it is not possible to make double payments or so.

But probably exchanges would ask more than 1 confirmation when it listed Smiley

Woww!  But is 30 sec really the fastest block time or could it match ETH's 12 second or whatever?

12 seconds isn't so great if it's clogged with cryptokitties  Cheesy

Bitcoin is 10 minutes.. I'd say 30 seconds is fast enough if you can get 100's of tps like Semux.
Even now a small transaction in CryptoFlowers game takes about 20 seconds... ETH is overloaded imho

Semux is one of few projects where team remained active during the whole bear market. And they have delivered many releases as promised.
Hopefully we will have new release activated in mainnet after this holidays.
Looking forward for new roadmap 2019 Wink
Indeed, Semux's Dev is always active, which gives Semux supporters confidence, which makes us believe that this is a credible and promising project, I believe that Semux will be the next Iota, I hope the team can there is a plan for the third bounty campaign.

I believe that as long as we have spent this bear market, then as a supporter of semux, we will get a good return. Semux has a very bright future. Their Dev has been working hard behind the scenes and never let us down.
In the new year, Semux will have more development, sometimes we don't need to complain about the bear market, it will eliminate those shitcoins, those goodcoins will survive.

Unfortunately, they destroyed the dream of countless people, cryptocurrencies are no longer fun! Semux is another victim.

Yes, Semux is a victim of a bear market, but virtually all cryptocurrencies can be considered victims of a bear market, and semux is not the only one.
What we should see is that the developers of Semux have been working hard. Semux has also progressed as they promised in the roadmap, and Semux also has a large and dynamic community, which is the power of Semux. Just wait for the arrival of the bull.
Honestly, the semux holders don't have to panic, this project will not disappoint,it was a shining diamond in all airdropcoins in 2017.

The mainnet launched already or just testnet?

Yes, mainnet has been launched one year ago in January 2018.
Currently we're testing new release with VM and dapps in test network.

Hard fork was expected in q4 2018 and right now there is only 10 days left.

Q1 2019, we will have another testnet release with the bugfixes:
https://github.com/semuxproject/semux-core/pull/112

After hard fork, we have to vote again for delegates? I guess the answer is yes.

Yeah that's a good question, but in that case all delegates should register again so I think that's not the case and hopefully everything stays the same.

What good news does semux have? Any positive developments? I haven't been here in a while.

The smart contract is working right now and it is all about the time for them to publish it in here. And another thing is, I heard they will list it on another exchange after the hardfork and smart contract release. Do not ask me the date, because it has not been decided yet.

Unfortunately, they destroyed the dream of countless people, cryptocurrencies are no longer fun! Semux is another victim.

Who is they and how did they destroy the dreams of many? I cannot follow your thinking here.

He was referring it to the SEC or the Government because lately, they made an absurd action by giving us a warning(Etherdelta penalty).
cryptocurrency is no longer fun because we are restricted by the law and regulation.

depends on your location... in germany, there are few to no regulations...

Is this kind of joke? I do not remember that they are going to run an ICO right now. And the joke is out of 'normal' I assume.

Semux never had ICO or any other crowdfunding. Devs develop project in their spare time.

I wonder if they can make it ready before 2019 or it will delay a bit.

The mainnet launched already or just testnet? As I seen in November information about testnet only on their twitter...  Huh
Developers going to list SEM on some popular exchanges? The coin looks interesting, but this coin almost don't have liquidity trading only at one small unknown exchange  Undecided

it's planned!

I congratulate everyone who received coins at TOKOK)
But I was afraid to start a coin on the exchange, and flew ...
Well, as they say, whoever does not risk that and does not earn))

Well, I heard the participant got the same amount of SEM from the event even though they said it would be proportionally.
like putting 300 SEM, you get 116 SEM in return while the other one putting 51 SEM and getting 116 SEM in return too.
do not you think it is strange?
