We put that block reward because we saw other SHA-256 coins were raped within the first hours; actually there have been mined in less than 12 hours the amount of blocks that should have been mined in 38.5 hours, but we're almost in block 1,500 don't worry.

It's like this until block 1500. All before this block had a 1satochi payout which cant be divided.
There are also problems with the coindaemon. The devs from 21coin are working on it. Please read the thread, all info about it is here.

Are you connected using sha algo? Not the scrypt one.
Which mining program do u use (not an old minerd/cpu miner i hope..), can you post a screenshot from your miner?
