Yes, the fee hasn't change, that was a typo. But it was correct by users many times in this and the exchange thread.

Right, who do you want to sell them to? When you buy stock in an IPO you can't sell it back to the company, you sell it on the market.

Then be sure you have last version of wallet. If you see the staked coins, unlock your wallet so they finish staking. That's what I would try.

Got the latest version. Fully synched. The coins show up nowhere. Neither staked, at balanced or unconfirmed.
