The COMM Dev was a talentless hack who supposedly lost 200 million coins (or 20%) on a failed hard drive, claimed to be a team of 8 devs that received 40 million in coins according to his own postings when shares were supposed to be divided equally among all members including Dev and hid who received coins and in what amounts so that he could easily secret away 100+ million COMM coins for himself.
He admitted to spending CommunityCoins on "professional services" :read Coin Creation services.
He could not even fix his own code after "losing" 200 million coins and needed a community member to apply a workaround into the code.
The CommunityCoin distribution has never been accounted for in any way and never will be as it was from its very beginning, its genesis, a coin built for fraud and scam to profit the Dev.
