It's just an advice, to avoid this kind of problem happening again.
You should create a circle of people who can contact you by using your phone number. Creating a good trade site will need to be able to answer 24/7 when a problem happen, so, even if you are sleeping, these people will be able to contact you if the server has a problem.
I think it's the best solution if you want to stay alone to manage the server. I know you as every other people here have a life, but if you want ShareXcoin become one of the best exchange site, you have to begin with a good support team who can answer in the sortest time !

There is no perfect exchange site, even bigger exchange like Mintpal has its ups and downs. Everyone should realize and understand.
exactly, exchanges go down, it's called maintenance or a technical glitch.....If you posted FUD or you could not sleep you clearly have not learned to never store your coins on an exchange.....In the post mount gox era i'm shocked at how many people still do so......Also in the defense of Zip, this is a new project and a new idea, there's gonna be issues along the way...Give him the benefit of the doubt. I'm sure next time he will send out a heads up without so much time going by, unless he's sleeping of course....I've been dreaming of prices this low for sharecoin, i'm gonna scoop up a shit load ......A big thanks to those weak hands !!!

The server went offline last night after an automated back up process.
The web application didn't start up again after it went offline. I've just started the application manually earlier.
We've just change the code a little bit so next time when the server restarts, web application should start automatically.
Thank you for the explanation, Zip. However, you really need to have people monitoring your exchanges at all times.

Done and over with people move along now. Everything is fine and no one has died. Me being a holder of share with 1M coins..I wasn't tripping at all. I knew it was going to be up.
