All hashrates come from the pools I work with.
For example the 1070 is doing 1,8MH/a to 115W | SM [email protected] | ccminer/2.2.2 | win32 | CUDA 9.0 385.69 | Core freq. 1771
So 4x1,8=7,2.
This is reported pool speeds. If you are doing less, then you got a not that good chip from the silicon lottery or you are using an old miner or you have not tuned the cards as they can work.
