What happens in the event SLG gets delisted from bittrex, how will it affect the coin. Approx. 80% of trading is done through bittrex. Trade volume is near zero the last 24h and I'm a bit worried. Sad

One quiet day and your worried. We're not, so don't worry Cheesy

All the time the BTC climate is what it is we believe altcoins will be quite unstable i.e. the low price of BTC Cry

Also people were expecting our multipool to of launched yesterday which is requiring a few days more work.

No serious sells, still people buying and we are up 11.64% in price in the last 24 hours.

If you think trade volume is low, there is one fix Smiley, buy some more Sterlingcoin Wink

BTW you are looking at 54 minutes and 10 seconds worth of trading of the new day. Unless your referring to yesterday, in which case, yes, it was quite quiet.

To be delisted from Bittrex we believe you have to be consistently trading beneath 0.5BTC daily.

We have been on Bittrex since September and this is the first real quiet period for us.

But to answer your question. In the unlikely event of our delisting we still would trade on Cryptsy, Comkort and Bleutrade.

We are also more interested in having Sterlingcoin be traded on decentralised exchanges i.e. MetaLair with double spending proof fully decentralised exchange mechanism enabling trustless exchanges between blockchains.

Jonathan Turrall of MetaLair is also based in Sussex where Spencer Lievens is and they both know each other in person.

We could also look at trade within the wallets. Setting up an exchange. There are many options.

Could trade volume be related to people with less money due to Christmas/New Year? Middle of the month? BTC Price? People waiting on our services?

Also, how much trust do you have for the exchanges we are on at present?

Multipool Status Update

The multipool is being worked on currently.  I know we were going to release this week but I do not have certain things done that needed to be tested out first.   I have a few private messages from people who offered test hash and will be contacting you this week if you'd like to run some tests with me.  Anyone is welcome to participate and I should be opening registrations for everyone mid-week.  Thank you for being patient.  I will post more updates as I move along.

Speaking with Matthew Langdon and he needs at least 5 more solid days programming to get the multipool to a state he is happy with in both stability and security. We could launch tomorrow but would be plagued with emails and issues expected to be fixed straightaway which they wouldn't be able to be. Matthew will keep the community posted with progress.

Hello all.

I have just received an e-mail from Bobby Ong of Coingecko, confirming that Sterlingcoin is now listed there, at my request.

We are at position 154 (of 175).

Not a bad introductory position, I think. Smiley

I am sure that as the developers take us further along the roadmap which they have devised our ranking will soar!!

Here's hoping. Grin

No "hope" involved Wink

Nice work on getting us on another platform.

I have paid for the t-shirts and the train tickets worked out slightly cheaper at £37.60 instead of £54.50. Cards should of arrived for printing etc. today and the invoice from Bitcoin Expo for sponsorship is about to be paid.

I am really looking forward to the expo next week as this is my first cryptocurrency expo I have attended and I know I will be meeting a lot of the community there which is also amazing.

Don't forget my number is on the website if you need to contact me if you cannot find me anywhere.

If anyone wants to help towards the overall costs anything is welcome - 1iF2WcWbzNJbZ6afU1D4iK3XGYBEPAe5o

Here is the breakdown of the costs:

Train Tickets - £37.60
Expo Sponsor - £100.00
T-Shirts & Cards - £315.50/£678 (dependent on run amount)

Total - £453.10/£815.60

We have had 0.11826464BTC donated, thank you to those that donated so far keep it up Cheesy

Further security, forms, wallet installations, styling and a few other bits and pieces to iron out and we are then launching Smiley

Not long, hold tight.

Damn! It's pretty hard to stake right now...
I have some stacks of 2-3k coins aged 7 to 12 days and I got nothing.
Good luck guys, I'm in for the long run.

That seems not right. Check your wallet and network. Use coin controll if needed.

Create a new address and using coin control send all the coins from every other address to the new one.
