if the one was a cash out he could have sold it much higher, even at a 0.000035 rate is more profitable.

1/ he actually is a whale
2/ he is mad
3/ he is just so rich that he doesn't care
4/ its a mis-operation, he didn't mean to do that Grin

I believe someone tried crashing the market on Cryptsy to manipulate it further to buy in cheaper. As soon as someone bought 30,000 worth he cancelled. No sensible person would of sold that many and at a much lower rate than what it's worth. We've seen this happen on coinmarket.io and I'm not very pleased either...

Yea go to coinex.pw and start trading. I'm not an affiliate in anyway but I believe in that site just as much as SMC and they are using it for an exchange. I believe you can profit more there now than cryptsy....

When the difficulty is low ... the price will still be low ... they mining and earn whatever buying BTC = they are not interested in SMARTCOIN
