I was reading the White Paper and I don't get what we get with the Tokens...
Is it just speculation, hopping that I will be able to sell them at a higher price in the future?
Is it a profit share token? The profit of the company will be shared between the token holders?
Are they only useful for "sell or buy" energy? I live in an island (not able to interchange electricity with the rest of the world), in that case, are they useless for me?

Purpose of the token is to trade with energy on SunContract Platform.
Of course you can use it to speculate but this is not its core function.
You can buy or sell electricity even on an island because there might be some customers/producers in your neighbourhood.
Does this coin have anything to do with Solarcoin?
No, nothing to do with it. Solarcoin is more like a reward for solar energy production, whereas SNC is for trading with electricity.
