Successfully cloned from github and compiled on unbuntu 16.04 64 bit. softcoind will run as a daemon, and softcoin-cli
will talk to it. But without any nodes in .softcoin4/softcoin.conf, no connections are made nor any blocks downloaded.
The https://github.com/SoftwareChain/softcoin says port 44440 is used, then lists nodes on port 3000. Can you post a working .softcoin4/softcoin.conf file?

I like the name of the project and the main idea of it, for now it's in the very early stages as no links or much data is available, but I will keep watching and hopefully we get more details and a better OP soon

still migrating everything from accounts as we were aiming for Fusion as a name and realised a bit late that it's taken
