If the user owns everything he uploads or everything on his profile. How will you know that a song is really his and not just maybe stolen from youtube or soundcloud and uploaded here and he makes crypto out of somebody else's song/songs ?
Classic Problem!There are two situations the uploader needs to be aware of -
1) We use some third party analysis tools to determine the originality of the upload. IF the results don't match the Ownership matrix attached to the upload, then we don't allow it to be "published" until the ownership issue is resolved.
2) Where an upload passes the step 1 stage and is published; if there is ensuing legal action, the content is locked (no longer playable) and the uploader has the option to either prove resolution with the putative rights holder(s), remove the content and refund all revenue earned from it to the rights holder(s), or have their identity disclosed to the rights holder.
