To be honest, there is very little information on the sale of shares. How will the number of BAX and company shares correlate? Where does the BAX for the investing in the bank's capital come from?

The plan was to use ICO funds for the capital requirements but they knew the regulators may or may not accept them for such. It was forseen but there was no way to know how the ICO funds would be percieved until discussions began.
