It means that BABY won't a centralized Bank.
You could have your bank account without intermediates.
On the BABB platform, everyone is a bank. Once you open a BABB account, you have all the same powers that banks have. You have ownership of, and control over, your money. Well, half the problem is most those so called 'whitepapers' are marketing ploys.
White papers are supposed to be technical, boring, and white... that's what makes it good lol
