Do you have your premine? If yes, then don't go with relaunch you might risk losing your premine next time.
Look at what happened to PureCoin. Even though dev dumped his premine no relaunch was the right decision. You are just taking too much risks with the new launch. Force every pool to be on the biggest chain and problem solved.

http://spe.pool.mn/ is on a correct chain and we are not the only ones on it. You may see that http://spe.pool.mn/ has ~7 Gh/s and the whole network is ~17 Gh/s

just join our chain and the coin will be fine
