Please spend a few bucks and get this coin listed on Yobit - sorry but coinexchange has no eyeballs or volume.
An "AddCoin" request has been already sent to Yobit. Hopefully they will add STO this week, or at the begining of the next week.Also Bittrex will be contacted next week. As far as I know, Bittrex must see the demand of the community to list a coin. Many devs choose the way to spam @richiela and @bittrexbill on Twitter. Personally i don't prefer that way, so here is a question to the community:

yobit is good,i'm sure they will add it. yobit is my most prefered exchange atm
IMO the best way to reach bittrex would be twitter, but in a way to not spam richiela and bittrexbill's twitter
