yes, they can do whatever he wants, but the fund probably from the stox investors. And he is cheating on his ICO by doing huge self-invest. It means he has large portion of the tokens which easily manipulate the market. Once he dump all the tokens to the market, it will crash hard as stox right now

They delayed and modified the roadmap once, I hope they should complete the roadmap in time and deliver more becasue they raised money with 150k ETH, it is huge money, team should pump the price.
