Stupid reason from Dev, they are scamming Bounty hunters, they will not pay at all, real amount is not 200k$ but only 140k$, 74000(bounty total) x 2$(current price).
they raised 30million$, but they afraid for 140k$ effect the market, that is bullshit, this bounty program only want to scam participant.
