USA citizens are not allowed to participate in Stox token sale.
I'm Italian but at the moment I'm in the US (not citizen nor resident), can I partecipate anyway or do I have a problem because of the IP address or something like that?

The IRS is already after Mayweather for unpaid taxes. If you think for a minute after the SEC's position about ICO's this week they didn't see his post your a fool. If there's one thing the US govt likes to do it's make an example. I'm not saying anything bad about the project, just warning investors to make sure you understand the SEC's ruling and how it may affect this ICO, if at all. If there's one thing you don't do while owing the US govt money it's throw out a few hundred k on a table and flaunt about investing it in an upcoming project. Rule #1 Don't poke the tiger
The first time i heard about this upcoming ICO is when Floyd Mayweather advertised about this upcoming crowd fund and i am wondering whether he have any connection with the development team or is he just an investor,either way his social media post has gained much attention now and so is the only reason i came to know about it. 
So i will be watching closely about the development and the crowd fund in general.
Since US citizens are not allowed invest in this, nor even allowed to be listed on US exchanges, he was paid to post that on Instagram, similar to most his Instagram posts. So i will be watching closely about the development and the crowd fund in general.

I really don't think he is paid in fiat maybe promise of tokens for the advert, I must admit it, this is a great move by STOX team and is great for Crypto in general because more people will enter the space
How much did the Mayweather tweet cost? Does anyone really think that this can affect sales somehow?

Hello, I'm new in crypto word and I'm also interested in Stox. I'm going to support this platform by sending ETH via Exodus wallet. Can somebody explain or give me a link (I'm sure this has been asked before) - how to receive ICO tokens once it is distributed? I was able to extract and save my ETH private key. I'm just not sure what to do once ICO tokens are distributed in the future. Do I need to import my key to a wallet that going to support ICO currency at that point or... ? How does it work?
Once you send your ETHs to ICO address, You'll have to wait for the distribution. Stox tokens will be sent to the ETH address you sent from. I would recommend you to use Myetherwallet, An online ETH wallet. It's what I use.
