It's better you use much lower difficulty such as 256 or 512. So you get maximum performance for the shares send. 8192 for those over 100 mhs.

maybe you can add it to the difficulty table or post a notice, the difficulty table could be misleading some people.

We can improve our pool, may add extra servers in the future, just keep mining and be patient.
