XC has had p2p decentralized trustless multisig anon for over a month now. Just go do some research in the thread. There are clear explanations explaining XC's method.

I don't know much about #XC but Supercoin's approach with multisig transaction is very innovative and never seen before for trustless system.
XC uses multisig as well... So yes, it has been seen before.
