next step,I think the earlier miner will reduce the rewards by voting ,and the price will go up by doing that when TAC hits a nice Exchange.

How many total coins will there be, or is it ever expanding year on year?

There is no hard cap because a hard cap is completly useless, with a hard cap on amount of coins, miners will stop mining when the block reward drop to zero, the fees are not enough to sustain the amount of miners.
That's why there is a voting system, it's better than a hard fork every month to change the block reward, and it is the community that decides, this is rightful.

NIST5 is more efficient than X11 with GPU. And for now is ASIC restirant, and X11 no.

of course it's possible but the diff get higher day after day so the chance to find a block is low but still possible, better to mine on a pool, depends of your power

if the new wallet bring inovation and also a new miner fix bugs, miners will know that there is a solid team behind TAC and price will rise like a rocket ( as soon as he will be on bittrex 1st then to polo ) only if the team look professional, otherwise, no futur .

i hope TAC will be one of them because the concept is just new in crypto wolrd .
