About whisper to a specific application instructions for use, a lot of wallet with TAC rookie. Site has not been updated, it is not a good thing for a coin.

This is a beta release today, we wanted to get the private chat out there for public testing which is what we are doing now.

EDIT: please note the private chat isn't a beta in the sense that it has bugs - its tested and working Cheesy

Also the GUI is the old beta version, we are just putting the polished version up soon.
