It seems quite hardcore but I think its people angry with lack of freedom and personal rights and invasion of privacy by governments. EDIT: Maybe not the best branding here in the west but in China that is going straight after the people seeking real private communications which is a growing market globally and one of the main features of Talkcoin because we think crypto with its decentralization and encryption is the best way (maybe the only way currently?) to achieve that.

And Talkcoin (聊聊币 or 'Talk Currency') provides people in China the first way to have true decentralized anonymous chat for secure messages (私聊 or 'to whisper' usually stuff the gov doesn't like), similar to how Bitcoin lets people avoid the central bank controlled money system, which is why China has worked against Bitcoin to lower the price.
