In the crypto community in general there is a giant hole that exists between having great technology, theoretical or implemented and a revenue generating business with real world customers that doesn't rely on funds raised through an ICO/IEO to survive.
This gap exists because although we are operating in an extremely exciting market we are still in our infancy in comparison to the wider market with a relatively small customer base and this is where the directors come in, to help in connecting temtum with the global marketplace as a payment vehicle not just crypto to crypto.
While I agree crypto/blockchain expertise is the most important aspect at a technical level and we have this in Richard, Gareth and Ginger Saltos come in.
Thank for the answer, i have to think about this. While i understand that the other parts of the machine are equally needed, i don't think that anyone who can't code should oversee any of the coding work that is the heart of the any blockchain project.
Thanks for the reply. To put your mind at rest, don't worry, every member of the team sticks to what they are good at and are here to do. Coders and cryptographers do the coding and cryptography and vice versa.
