Hi, something happens with the HempChain, it is showing blocks from 80 days ago... crazy... or is been updated???

It's being updated.  I actually went to update a different DB behind the scenes and something went wrong.  Next time I hope to make that seamless for everyone so there is no interruptions.  Sorry about that.. Smiley

Probably a silly question but if the wallet is encrypted is it unlocked?

it's encrypted.  I unlock it when i send the coins out.  i'm resyncing the wallet on my windows qt.  I'll try to look at it some more tomorrow.

If you are running with -server, try running without it maybe.  I just tried to send multiple times and it said "transaction creation failed" after restarts and such.. So I didn't use my regular shortcut to start it and was able to send fine just executing the qt exe..

edit: nope, that wasn't it.. transaction size is playing a roll though.  50k will go but 100k won't.

Resendtx command never returns anything. It just resends transactions that aren't included in block.

Are you using wallet on Windows or Linux?

If you are using it on Windows, create shortcut, edit that shortcut and at target field add " -rescan"
If you are using it on Windows, you would probably run it with command like "./hempcoind", right? Well, if you want to add some parameter, just append it like this "./hempcoind -rescan"

I am using the linux wallet for the faucet, and it doesn't seem to have a -rescan method.  My windows wallet is working fine.

I tried manually sending the coins with "sendfrom" command and "sendtoaddress" and it's still not sending.

Maybe i'll just backup the faucet wallet, and try to open it from windows and do the rescan, and see if i can send coins that way.

Are you sure? On my Linux node, -rescan parameter works (you cannot do it if wallet is already running)
If sendtoaddress is not working, then something must be wrong with your installation. Did you tried rebooting system?

Have you tried resendtx command? No, for rescan, there is only one command Cheesy

Yeah, I tried the resendtx command.  It just returns nothing.
The repairwallet command just returns this:

{
    "mismatched spent coins" : 2,
    "amount affected by repair" : 9.88786700
}

And there is no hempcoind rescan command.  How do you run the rescan?

Could you send link to your debug.log file?

Here's the link to the log file.  Thanks for taking a look.

Everything looks ok in debug. First try running wallet with -rescan, that will scan blockchain for any missed transactions which might be source of your incorrect balance (try it just once, doing it more times would be useless). Also try running wallet with -paytxfee=0.02 (or higher), that will make sure you are paying correct fee. You might also try command "resendtx" in wallet console. That will resend any transactions that are not included in blockchain, but should (don't worry, it cannot do any harm). If all fails, you might try command "repairwallet" in wallet console. That will clear wallet from all "garbage" transactions, so you should see correct balance.

Hope it helps!

I can't seem to do the rescan method.  Is it another command that does that?

I ran the settxfee 0.2 and ran the repairwallet, but it still doesn't seem like it's sending anything.  I'm stumped.

Being on Coinwarz would give us more publicity, please take few seconds and submit suggestion so they include us in voting.

I just tried and I got a message "Oops, this cryptocurrency has already been submitted for voting." Hopefully we'll get up on there soon.

I'm surprised so few people are mining Hempcoin now. Only 320 Mh/s network hashrate. I don't want to post exact profitability numbers, because that would just attract people who immediately dump coins, but if you do the math, you will find out it's INSANELY profitable.

Hey guys, I'm getting stuck fixing the faucet.

I've redownloaded the blockchain a few times already, but the coins are still not getting sent.  I don't know what could be wrong.  I got all my wallets updated to 1.7.0.3.

I don't know what else to try. here's the hempcoind getinfo
{
    "version" : "v1.7.0.3",
    "protocolversion" : 80014,
    "walletversion" : 60000,
    "balance" : 43760.73590100,
    "newmint" : 0.00000000,
    "stake" : 0.00000000,
    "blocks" : 195542,
    "timeoffset" : 0,
    "moneysupply" : 111626663.52637000,
    "connections" : 30,
    "proxy" : "",
    "ip" : "162.209.109.81",
    "difficulty" : {
        "proof-of-work" : 1.91993320,
        "proof-of-stake" : 0.00024414
    },
    "testnet" : false,
    "keypoololdest" : 1406581343,
    "keypoolsize" : 101,
    "paytxfee" : 0.02000000,
    "mininput" : 0.02000000,
    "unlocked_until" : 0,
    "errors" : ""
}

The balance doesn't have the same balance as the one on hempchain http://beta.hempchain.info/address/?q=HSVyYmGoRLZiAdB8aNDaLS6YcW2JDYizye

Anyone have any ideas what else I can try?

Thanks

Also keep in mind that your wallet may hold more addresses with balance. Your wallet shows summed balance of these addresses, but explorer can show only one address at time.
