I'm not sure. If it's windows I'd start my usual troubleshooting.. reboot, check firewall, temp disable virus scanner, etc.. I've never had to do anything more than addnodes to get a connection. :/ Sorry I can't be anymore help.

Folks you need to make sure you are on the 1.7.02. It looks the same as 1.7.01. If you are not sure then re-download another one today.
There are several folks on the older 1.7.01 and are on the wrong fork.
If you want to check your version, go to Help - Debug window in your wallet

I think I saw you on btc-e earlier today along with another person. I didn't have enough funds in my account to chat there. I wish I could have stepped in and added on to tell everyone how good hempcoin is.
Yeah I was on there big trollin' for over an hour on btc-e. I was all by myself campaigning for THC so it ended up sounding a bit like I was pushing it on people. I got banned from the chat for a month probably because I was there by myself telling people things instead of conversing with other THC supporters about things
Oh well. It was worth it. I think I campaigned well and made many people listen to me. I probably brought in 4 more users who were talking about renting mining rigs for it and then there could be an unknown amount of users who don't chat but read the trollbox.ATMs are coming down in price very fast. I hope to buy some in the next few months.
