Why does this need to be on the blockchain?
DAV takes the P2P information transfer capabilities of the internet and the P2P value transfer made possible by the blockchain (in this case, via the DAV token) and brings them to their next logical conclusion, enabling P2P transfer of physical goods. Consider this scenario: a package needs to be delivered using a drone. The parties involved include a sender, recipient, drone operator, goods insurer, and arbitrator. The blockchain, and specifically smart contracts, enable us to conduct these kinds of transactions P2P, directly between these parties, without needing an intermediary, thus reducing costs to all parties while providing them with the assurance they need to conduct business without necessarily trusting each other beforehand.

So the ico is going to be on june 11th? Is that official, can anyone confirm?
Yes, it's confirmed that the token sale will begin on June 11 and will run until June 25 or until the hardcap is reached

Oh now I saw that the developers moved the ICO to June. I wanted to participate, tk. I'm following the project since the month of the month. Even then I wanted to participate in the signer, but now that I did not, because I would have to wear more than half a year.
It is indeed a good thing!

The network is expected to have three major components.
Firstly, there will be a decentralized discovery component that will arrange vehicles, service providers, and clients under a section.
Secondly, the DAV Network will provide a library of standardized communication protocols for different scenarios regarding the vehicles in the ecosystem. Smart contracts will facilitate on-chain communication while the protocols mentioned above will handle off-chain communication.
Lastly, the network claims they’ll provide a series of specialized smart contracts that will enable trustless cooperation between buyers and sellers of services in the ecosystem. These smart contracts are supposed to facilitate multi-party contracts between buyer and seller, and if necessary, between arbitrator, insurer, and other related parties in the network.
