I would love to see a feature where people in their regions could organize and raise funds to build a sports team in order to participate in competitive leagues Cheesy Would be so craaaazy! Smiley

Thank you for your support!  That is a crazy idea and we love crazy ideas at FCFL.

That is indeed a nice idea and it could help sports thrive massively in all kinds of different areas. Possessing a small part of a sports team and having a vote is a whole new level of involvement. Extremely exciting!

While it may be outside of the scope of the FCFL specifically, this functionality could be rolled into the broader FAN token.

Is FCFL actually going to be an open source protocol where others could build tools on top of it? If that is the case then maybe some developers will expand the protocol by things like the one suggested above.

There has not been any announcement to date regarding making it an open source platform. That being said, it is an interesting idea.

Oh that surprises me I must say. I was always of the opinion that it is going to be open source for sure. At some point in time they probably have to open source it I guess.

Is this something that you feel would be important?

To some degree yes because it would allow for a developer ecosystem to thrive around FCFL. If you keep it closed you are somewhat limited to your own scope of imagination, ideas and skills.

Hey guys - any help you can give us spreading the word about this ICO Pitch Competition at the d10e conference would be awesome: http://vote.d10e.biz/project/78. Voting closes in a few hours, and we could use some digital community support for the FCFL!

For those who have seen the awesome infographic here:  http://blog.fcfl.io/the-evolution-of-fantasy-football/
(and if you haven't yet, take a look!)

What's your favorite fact? Personally, I had no idea fantasy football started all the way back in 1961!
